Homes in Harmony are constructed by builders who are independent contractors ("Builders") and are not owned by or under the control of Birchwood Acres Limited Partnership, LLLP, Harmony Development Co., LLC, or any of their parent, affiliated or subsidiary companies, nor are any of the Builders joint venturers or partners with Birchwood Acres Limited Partnership, LLLP, Harmony Development Co., LLC, or any of their parent, affiliated or subsidiary companies.

Birchwood Acres Limited Partnership, LLLP, Harmony Development Co., LLC, and their parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, require all Builders constructing homes in Harmony to use contracts containing a provision requiring construction of a purchaser's home to be completed within two (2) years of the date of contract. Birchwood Acres Limited Partnership, LLLP, Harmony Development Co., LLC, and their parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, are not responsible for the performance or nonperformance by any Builder of any of its obligations under any contract or agreement that a homebuyer may choose to enter into with such Builder.

ALL CLAIMS FOR NONPERFORMANCE, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF HOMES IN HARMONY SHALL ONLY BE BROUGHT AGAINST THE BUILDER THAT CONSTRUCTED SAME.

Neither Birchwood Acres Limited Partnership, LLLP, Harmony Development Co., LLC, nor their parent, affiliated or subsidiary companies, nor their and their employees, officers, directors, managers, partners, owners or agents, are responsible for any actions or omissions by the Osceola County School District with respect to the Harmony Community School or the Harmony High School, any the manner in which these schools are maintained and operated or any criteria that may be established from time to time by the Osceola County School District relative to eligibility for attendance, staffing, curriculum or any other matter relating to the operation of these schools or the Osceola County School District.
