Harmony is Central Florida’s largest master-planned green community dedicated to the concept of living in harmony with the environment. A unique partnership between the Harmony Development Company and David Weekley Homes has created a new neighborhood of eco-friendly homes that are certified by ” Environments for Living – Gold” to save up to 30% on utility cost. The community of Harmony earned its Green Development certification from the FGBC in 2008. In fact, we were one of the first communities to achieve this honor since the FGBC was founded in 2000. Built to minimize impact on the environment and to conserve resources for homeowners, our eco-friendly Green Neighborhood homes are priced from the $150s to the low $200s.
