HARMONY DEVELOPMENT TAKES HOME FOUR TOP HONORS AT 2007 MAME AWARDS

ORLANDO, FL – October 15, 2007 – Harmony Development Company, the developer of the town of Harmony in east Osceola County, received top honors at the 2007 MAME Awards ceremony including Best Community. Sponsored annually since 1983 by the Home Builder's Association of Metro Orlando, the MAME Awards recognize industry professionals and companies for Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence.

"We are thrilled that Harmony was recognized for Best Community as well as so many different marketing executions," said Melanie Lentz-Janney, president of Doverwood Communications, Inc., the marketing agency of record for the town of Harmony.

In addition to Best Community - Master-Planned, the company and community also won: Best On-Site Signage, Best Collateral Package and Best Internet Website.

Harmony is an environmentally intelligent town that was designed with the idea that people and nature can co-exist. Harmony is a leader in "green" development and is being used as a prototype for other communities throughout the country. Now beginning its third phase of development, Harmony is home to approximately 1,000 residents with new lots becoming available in early 2008.
